Greenwich Village, NY

In a very narrow landmarked strorefront on Bleecker Street, two successful Italian restaurateurs sought to create a high end Italian fast food café that might be found in Milano. The existing dining and kitchen equipment and layouts were scrapped and redone to maximize customer circulation and to entice patrons to the overhauled skylit garden room at the rear.
